FUFILLMENT POLICY

Order Cut-Off Times

Standard & Express Shipping

  • Shipping times could take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on your location. Items are made to order and most will ship within 1-4 weeks, unpredictable inventory may affect the waiting period for up to 10 weeks. After 10 weeks a refund may be obtained.

Shipping Restrictions

  • For orders shipped to remote locations, we can reach your destination through Standard Shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

​

  • You may only ship to one address per order.

 

Taxes 

​

  • Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on your Order Summary page.

 

Order Tracking Information

Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt Email

  1. Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.

  2. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

 

Refused Shipments

​

  • We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact YANAS to attempt to figure out the issue. We do not claim responsibility for damage by the United States Postal Service. 

 

Redirecting An Order

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
